There is a new movement about these days called life coaching. It has grabbed the interest of many people calling themselves coaches. Many of these people have insufficient credentials to do this kind of work. That’s why choosing a coach with more than 20 years professional experience will serve you very well. As such a trained mental health professional, the practice of life coaching was a natural progression for me and will serve you well.
When I learned an exceptional new technique which utilizes kinesiology, I knew life coaching and a long professional experience in mental health would be powerful in ENERGY WORK.
Energy work (Ki or Chi—pronounced “chee”) is both a simple and complex method allowing me to help you “re-boot” your brain’s computer to release blocks stored in your mind. Blocks which may be keeping you from achieving your goals successfully. Ki is a Chinese concept of the life energy force.
What is Energy Work? Energy Work is the strange connection between large and small that helps to inform a single unifying theory, the Theory of Everything. One set of laws describes the behaviour of everything from the smallest object to the largest. The key to this theory has been the ultimate goal of all cosmological research since the days of Albert Einstein.
Most people who have used this method feel that it has benefited them in mind and body. Some say that it has changed their lives, I sure do!!! Others say they have never felt so relaxed. Still others feel they have released energy that has been blocked. One described it as a “Brain Massage”.
This way your neural system is “re-wired” through applied touch to the scalp. Using this technique will help you to let go of things which may have blocked you from succeeding in your goals. Freeing yourself from these blocks releases energy allowing you more freedom to achieve your goals and desires.
Together we will develop a plan of action. This includes: developing a plan, goal setting, support and, most of all, EMPOWERMENT. With these tools and support you will be on your way toward expanding your view and approach to life. Once you develop this new view, it will always be with you to apply to any situation in the future. This new view is focuses on how to create the future that you want for yourself and to live with power to move toward the future you chose and your own personal “Magnificence”.
